The rankings were based on 12 different factors including cost of living, crime rate, and income growth. Just how small is a small city? According to Forbes, a population under 245,000. At 128k, Logan is well under the requirement. We here at Advent take pride in knowing that in some small way we are helping to make our town a great place to live.
