Although a well-established brand in their market, Alpine Orthopedic Surgeons knew they needed to refresh their image. Through gathering qualitative surveys from current staff, current patients, and potential patients we learned three things: 1. Most customers were referred by their doctors 2. Patients appreciated being involved throughout the process 3. Both patients and doctors recognized AOS specialized in very specific fields of practice Doctors needed to have confidence they were sending their patients to a qualified facility. Patients needed to be able to trust they would be getting the best treatment possible. A physician with experience, a strong educational background, and bedside manner meant nothing to the golfer with a bad shoulder unless they could get back out on the course. Each doctor had a deep concern and desire to restore patients to their full potential. True healing requires treating all aspects of the body, not just where it hurts. This holistic approach became known as 360 degree healing. This philosophy would define the core of their brand. Healing a body isn’t much different than healing a brand; merely treating the symptoms or focusing exclusively on one area wouldn’t suffice. A new logo, a new website, interior and exterior design for the office, brochures, video, radio and print advertisements were overhauled to present a brand new offering. With every angle examined, nothing was overlooked. The brand rejuvenation resulted in a 40% increase in non-referred customers.
