Located just minutes away from Snowbasin ski resort with unobstructed views of Pineview Reservoir, EdgeWater is a luxury housing development located in Weber County (about 50 miles from Salt Lake International Airport). Ski Lake Corporation wanted to provide their agents with materials they could use to showcase the new community. We created a series of brochures and mailing collateral they could send to prospective buyers. The brochures feature beautiful panoramic images of mountains and lakes. They contain sketches of floor plans and housing layouts, as well as an overhead map of the neighborhood. The print material we produced truly reflects the rustic get away offered by Edge Water.
